Studio RAG (Alon Kanchuck & Rami Rashti)
Visual Communication
"In our opinion, letters possess truly unique expressive power – and we are their humble emissaries. As we are steeped in Hebrew culture, our goal is to impact the local typography scene and the dynamic development of the Hebrew letter, while also shaping the way Hebrew type is perceived overseas. This is an ongoing journey, one we feel privileged to be a part of."
Studio RAG (Alon Kanchuck & Rami Rashti) engage in typographic design out of a desire to understand how letters connect brand identity with cultural expression. Their independent studio researches Hebrew and Latin typography, combining tradition and modernity in designing fonts for commercial and cultural uses. Their work is based on a deep understanding of the role of letters in shaping culture and preserving tradition.
Studio RAG (Alon Kanchuck & Rami Rashti) were nominated for the 2024 Edmond de Rothschild Design Award for Established Visual Communication Designers.
