Pini Leibovich
Product & Object Design
“For me, the role of an object is to tell the story and the thoughts that take place within it, but also to create an internal hierarchy in the sequence of works and ideas. Today, the motivation for works is the need to live the zeitgeist and explore human behavior. To find the story of the material and realize it through form and technology".
Designer Pini Leibovich is a senior lecturer at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art. He is a graduate of the Industrial Design Department at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and the owner of an independent design studio, founded in 1993, that designs and develops a variety of products and conducts design research. His work deconstructs and reassembles basic shapes, adds or detracts basic lines and translates them into function.
