״In my practice, I assemble a male wardrobe based on different archetypes of hyper- masculinity. I refer to each archetype while presenting a mutation of it, an evolution of its original form. I focus on distorting gendered elements that already exist in each garment, such as pockets, buckles, and zippers, while playing with and questioning their functionality״
Dolev Elron is an emerging fashion designer specializing in menswear. He holds a B.Des in Fashion Design from Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art, which he completed in 2022. Alongside his independent practice, Elron works as a junior menswear and denim designer at Acne Studios, following earlier experience at Y/Project. These roles within leading international fashion houses have deepened his understanding of craftsmanship, construction, and contemporary menswear design. Through both his professional work and personal practice, Elron continues to develop a precise and evolving design language rooted in material awareness and modern tailoring.
