Maya Bash

Textile,Fashion & Jewerly Design

Fashion designer Maya Bash is a graduate of the Jewelry Design department at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art (2000-2004). After her graduation, she launched her eponymous fashion label, and later continued her training at Central Saint Martins in London and graduated from University of the Arts London (2016-2017).

Bash designed costumes for films, television and dance performances, including “Blue Zone” by Galit Liss, Renana Raz and Yasmin Goder. She collaborated with artist Zoya Cherkassky to create a collection of illustrated garments, with embroidery artist Avigail Kolker, with Roee Rosen in the musical comedy “Kafka for Kids” and with numerous other artists in diverse spheres. Her work was exhibited in Israel and abroad, bringing together different languages, cultures and disciplines.
Bash was nominated for the 2022 Edmond de Rothschild Design Award for senior fashion, textile, and jewelry designers.
